The Attorney will be responsible for handling labor and employment law matters, employment litigation, conducting legal research, drafting motions, and providing legal advice and representation.QualificationsLegal expertise in Labor and Employment LawExperience in Employment LitigationProficiency in Legal Research and drafting MotionsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsJuris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the state barPrevious experience in healthcare law is a plus
