2ND SHIFT3pm to 11pm Monday through FridayKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Supervise maintenance techniciansPerform maintenance activitiesSupervise and assist in repairs of breakdowns, alignment, troubleshooting and operations of building and plant itiate preventative maintenance action, schedules and supervises preventative maintenance activities.RESPONSIBILITIES:Directs workers in electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment.Supervises work assignment and personnel performance of staff technicians; hire, trains, coaches and evaluates staff.Assists workers in diagnosing malfunctions in machinery and equipment.Directs workers engaged in dismantling, assembling, and installing industrial machinery.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:5 years supervisory experience in a foodbeverage manufacturing environment.HS DiplomaMust have a very strong industrial electrical knowledge in motor control, VFD, and PLC
