You can expect significant growth potential with the firm, as they are committed to nurturing professional development and long-term success for their firm.RESPONSIBILITIES:Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including leases, purchase agreements, joint ventures, service agreements, and other business documents.Advise clients on corporate governance, compliance issues, and business structuring.Represent clients in negotiations and dispute resolution related to commercial and corporate matters.Bill a minimum of 150 hours per monthQUALIFICATIONS:4 to 8 years of experience in Corporate and Commercial LitigationAbility to handle a file from inception to trial. Admission to the New York State Bar (in good standing).Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
