National Sales DirectorLocation: United StatesIndustry: HVACRCompensation: c$225,000 to $240,000 per annumWe are looking for a seasoned Sales Leader for a global HVAC manufacturer who will define, coordinate and supervise the sales strategy for the United States territory to increase sales, market share, revenue and profit margin.If you are a strategic, entrepreneurial leader passionate about driving sales and leading teams within the HVACR Industry, we would love to hear from you.Responsibilities include· Conduct economic and competitive monitoring (market trends in Canada and the US, product lines, consumer trends, constraints) and perform continuous SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats).· Define commercial development directions in line with the strategy (target customers, marketing channels, etc.).· Set sales targets (volumes, market share, and margins) with the supervisor and propose a budget.· Lead the sales team members under hisher supervision by mobilizing, supporting, and directing the team.
