Job Title: VMO Analyst Location: Englewood Cliffs, NJ Duration: 12 Months Responsibilities Manage all Licensing software, subscription services agreements (Order forms, SOW, MSA and POCTrial Agreements) for client under Product & Design, Technology, and Growth and Operations team. Handle and promptly respond to emails and follow up on outstanding requests. Prepare detailed licensing VMO dashboard to assist on our new launch of our VMO platform. Manage your Jira Kanban board and submit all requests via tickets creation and attend daily team stand up meetings. Collaborate with VMO lead on all licensing renewal negotiation to keep yearly increases at a minimum (below 3%). Consolidate licensing agreements for multiple business units in effort to reduce costs. Managelicensing notices to privacy and cyber security teams. Track and confirm review dates on the client's Third Party Security portal and Privacy team. Lead tax exempt initiative for all licensing and subscription agreements. Update and track our vendor management licensing agreements dashboard as needed. Synchronize Market Data existing agreements into our current VMO Master Dashboard. Create and manage dashboards for supporting business units (CNBC, NEWS, TODAY, MSNBC, and TLMD) for all licensing software and subscription agreements. Work with various business units to submit legal intake form, supporting documentation is submitted, and suitable vendor onboarding activities are conducted. Proactively maintain effective communication with business stakeholders, finance rep, sourcing team, and vendors to keep the process moving. Manage purchase order submissions on our purchase manager platform with very little oversight; trusted to stay on top of the process and provide updates as needed. Assist with SLA monitoring andreporting as needed. Gather all licensing vendor data and work closely with our legal clerk and sourcing specialist to retrieve all agreements (NDA, MSA, SOW, Amendments, and Change Orders) records to expedite the vendor review process. Ensure that suitable records for all our licensing vendors agreements are archived in the Vendor filesOne Drive database. Analyze licensing vendors to find ways to improve operations process. Partner up with our Finance Director for weekly meeting on all financial request within the licensing space. Support VMO team on various projects as needed. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree or 4+ year of related experience 2+ yrs. of experience procurement platforms 2+ yrs. of experience vendor management related activities, preferably within the technology and sourcing space 2+ yrs. Experience on Purchase Management Systems Must be a strong team player and self-motivated learner with a problem-solving attitude with excellent communications skills. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. Encouraging to the team; able to mentor and lead. Pays strict attention to detail, self-starter and resourceful. Must be able to manage multiple requests for various stakeholders. Must be a good listener and retain detailed information regarding various technical projects.
