Quality ManagerNear Wixom, MI (100% Onsite)Direct HireSalary $120 - 130kWe are seeking a Sr. Quality Manager to oversee quality manufacturing and control processes. The ideal candidate will have a over 10 years in quality and 5+ years recently as a Quality Manager. Must Haves:10+ years in Quality roles within manufacturingassembly as a Quality Engineer, Reliability Engineer, or Quality Supervisor.5+ years as a Quality Manager leading teams in a manufacturingassembly environment.Skilled in maintaining ISO, AAR, TS, AS, or other global QMS, with experience in implementing 5S, FMEA, Standardized Work, Cellular Manufacturing, Kaizen, Single Piece Flow, and TPM.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Advanced certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ) are a plus.Key Responsibilities:Quality: Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with internal and external standards. Oversee inspection and testing of products to verify they meet specifications and regulatory requirements.Process Improvement: Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency. Utilize data analysis and root cause analysis techniques to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the quality team. Provide training and support to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain thorough documentation of quality processes, inspection results, and compliance reports. Prepare and present quality metrics and performance reports to senior management.Supplier Management: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components. Evaluate supplier performance and work with them to resolve quality issues.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Advanced certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ) are a plus.Experience: Experience in quality management, successfully leading quality initiatives in a manufacturing or similar setting.Skills: Quality management systems, process improvement methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
