We also handle Domestic Violence, Civil Harassment, Gun Violence, and Workplace Violence Restraining Order cases. RequirementsMinimum two (2) years of experience as a practicing, licensed attorney in criminal lawCurrent membership with the State Bar of California with no history of misconductA passion for criminal defenseExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalPossess a general understanding of case review, trial preparation, litigation issues, court process, and familiarity with triallocal rulesDetail-orientated, organized, and able to multitaskA team player who enjoys working collaboratively with othersCritical thinker who can identify the strengthsweaknesses of a caseEmbrace TechnologyLivetravel in South Bay Area (Santa Clara, Alameda, San Mateo, and Santa Cruz)Treat all people with respect and professionalismPreferably, but not required:Jury Trial experienceExperience as a prosecutor or public defenderSpeak a language other than EnglishExperience going above and beyond clients' expectationsJob TypeFull-TimePay$120,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
