The Creative Traffic Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day project bookings of our designers and assorted administrative duties supporting the creative and resourcing teams on the account a large corporate client. Responsibilities:The primary function of this role is scheduling our design team and freelance designers while making sure every deadline is met with quality work. You will serve as the main point of contact for day-to-day scheduling of designers on projects and their corresponding design deliverables. You will become intimately familiar with the brand assets and grow to manage the ongoing organization of the team's graphic assets.Additional responsibilities: Maintain our creative asset collections and assist teams in sourcing content on projects.Provide admin support to the Manager of Account Services and creative department through the timely scheduling of meetings, taking and sharing of notes, and maintenance of internal documents, brand assets, and reports.Freelancer outreach: work with our established freelance community to staff creative roles. Assist the resourcing team in sourcing new freelance collaborators through scheduling of capabilities meetings and maintenance of our freelance database.Work with Manager of Creative and Production Resourcing and other regional business unit traffic coordinators to fill team's downtime and address overflow projects.Asset Sumbission Coordination - Maintain Staffing Trackers, Proof assets prior to submission, and archive assets.Requirements:Strong organization and time management skills, including experience in coordinating multiple projects and the ability to prioritize tasks while meeting deadlines.Proficient knowledge of Adobe CS, Microsoft Office Suite, and Keynote.Functional understanding of creative cloud and design files.Knowledge and previous experience with project management software systems is a plus (We use JIRA and ) Tech savviness is a requirement.Ability to keep calm under pressure: surprise deliverables happen! Strong interpersonal communication skills: must be comfortable cultivating remote and in-person relationships with our team of staff and freelancers across all departments. Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to easily adapt to changing project needs.Previous creative services or agency experience is required
