Data CoordinatorOur Business Systems and Analytics Team is looking to hire a Data Coordinator to manage day to day supply chain, inventory, and cost management activities alongside our Product and Operations teams. In addition, the Data Coordinator will take on a multitude of analytical requests and offer up key data driven insights to be shared throughout the organization and used as we make decisions to propel the company forward.The successful candidate will have a self-starter attitude, take initiative to solve problems and processes, be willing to learn, maintain a laser focus on the details of their projects, and exhibit exceptional organizational and people management skills. Great candidates will look like this: An excellent communicator who is efficient and effective with customers and colleaguesEnjoys troubleshooting and problem-solving analyticallyHas a keen eye for detailProcess-driven, yet always on the lookout to improve overall efficiencies A team player who can work well within the team and collaborate cross-functionally, especially in a remote environmentA motivated self-starter who thrives on prioritization and follow-through Creative in mindset and can adapt quickly to evolving business needsResponsibilities:Builds and maintains SKUS and BOMS for new product launchesPerforms hardware cost analysis and manages the COGS for all product offeringsCoordinates and manages the release of new price booksDevelops and distributes forecasts and inventory stocking plans through detailed analysis of historical trends, opportunity data, and supply constraintsMaintains a close working relationship internally with Product Management, Operations, and Business Systems and externally with manufacturers, integrators, and OEMs as it pertains to product launches, pricing, and inventory managementBuilds reports, dashboards, and automation upon requestPerforms data audits and related tasks in efforts to maintain high levels of data integrity and to reduce the buildup of technical debtAssists in all other ticket request types that come in through the Analytics queueOther useful skillsexperience:Thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on, interrupt-driven, collaborative environmentEnjoys being a problem solver: Identifying problems before they occur, proposing solutions, and resolving issues promptly.Able to manage multiple priorities concurrently, maintaining organization, attention to detail, and flexibilityRequirements:1+ years of data analytics, supply chain planning, inventory management, or related roles1+ years experience with Salesforce or another CRM tool is strongly recommendedStrong spreadsheet and data presentation skills using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Looker Studio Positive attitude and growth mindsetTakes initiative and delivers results with minimal supervisionStrong business acumen, analytical skills, & attention to detailAbility to clearly & concisely communicate with users in different roles and with varying skill setsBachelor's degree or equivalent CompensationCompetitive, based on experienceHealth Insurance: Vision, Dental and Medical (HDHP & PPO options)PTO & paid Company holidaysThis is a full-time, permanent position based out of our downtown Indianapolis HQ.If you've reached this point in the job description and feel you're still not sure if you should apply...Just do it!
