As we expand our market reach, we are seeking a dynamic Head of Sales to drive growth and lead our sales department to new heights.Role Summary:The Head of Sales will be a strategic and visionary leader responsible for developing and executing Sweet Robo's global sales strategy. This role involves overseeing all sales functions, including team recruitment, management, and training, as well as implementing data-driven sales processes to meet ambitious company targets. The ideal candidate will bring a proven background in scaling sales operations, fostering a high-performance sales culture, and driving significant revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Leadership: Develop and lead a comprehensive sales strategy, establishing objectives aligned with Sweet Robo's growth goals.- Team Development and Management: Recruit, mentor, and manage a diverse team of sales professionals, setting clear performance metrics to ensure team excellence.- Revenue Growth: Identify new business opportunities, develop key partnerships, and drive revenue growth through direct and channel sales.- Sales Operations: Build efficient sales processes, leveraging CRM and other tools to optimize pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to enhance customer engagement and streamline sales initiatives.Requirements:- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, ideally in technology or manufacturing.- Demonstrated success in scaling sales teams and achieving ambitious revenue targets.- Strong strategic and analytical mindset, with hands-on experience in sales planning and execution.- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal pensation:- Base Salary: $100,000 - $150,000- Commissions and Incentives- Equity Options
