Techtrust is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our growing team. Your primary focus will be generating new business opportunities and building long-term relationships with clients to drive business growth. You will work closely with our recruiting team to ensure our clients have access to top-tier candidates, enabling them to achieve their short and long-term business objectives. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the overall development and success of the company.We are looking for a motivated and results-driven professional to join Techtrust, a newly established staffing firm based in New York that offers contingency search services to our clients in the fintech domain.Responsibilities:Identify and qualify potential clients in the fintech industry through research, networking, referrals, and cold outreachNegotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and profitabilityManage and grow existing accounts by providing excellent customer service, identifying new opportunities, and cross-selling or upselling additional servicesCollaborate with the recruitment team to communicate client requirements, provide feedback, and ensure timely and quality delivery of candidatesMaintain accurate and updated records of all sales activities and client interactions in the Salesforce databaseCreate and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that highlight the value proposition of our services and showcase our success storiesMonitor market trends, competitors, and client feedback to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvementAttend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients and promote our brandNice to Haves:Knowledge of the fintech industry, including current and emerging technologies,trends, and challengesExperience supporting banking, financefintech customers3+ years supporting Information Technology customers & skillsetsRequirements:Bachelor's degreeMUST have 3-5 years of proven experience in business development, accountmanagement, or sales within the staffing agency industryIn-person customer relationship building experienceProficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Excel, other CRMsExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsAbility to build rapport and trust with clients and stakeholders at all levelsSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve sales targetsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsBenefits:Competitive Salary and Commission.Equity plans.Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage.401k muter Benefits.Paid Time off.Hybrid working environment.Techtrust is a newly established staffing firm based in New York that offers contingency search services to our clients.
