Associate Attorney

Lamson & Cutner is looking for a highly motivated associate attorney with a demonstrated interest in helping people with their estate planning and health care planning. We believe that planning against the financial risks of health care, particularly long-term care, is a critical part of assuring that our clients can live out their lives in comfort, and can protect their estates for the benefit of their spouses, children, and other family members. Advising clients on their options, including Medicaid, and preparing the necessary documents to implement an appropriate plan, are an important part of our practice. Our new associate will be involved in preparing Wills and Trusts, and other estate planning and long-term care planning documents. In addition, they will be involved in the probate and administration of estates. The ideal candidate would have a team mentality with one to three years' experience in the Elder Law and Estate Planning practice areas, but recent law school graduates with a demonstrated interest will also be considered.  Experience with tax law is plus.
