Just 20 months since its inception, Tiger Tracks is approaching $3M in annual revenue and is looking to bring on talented new hires to help scale our fast-growing business.As a Digital Marketing Analyst, Measurement, and Data, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate, reliable, and effective tracking and data collection for our clients. In this position, you will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and resolve tracking issues across various platforms.You will be responsible for auditing, testing, and resolving ad tracking issues across Google Analytics (GA), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta platforms. Additionally, you will develop, maintain, and enhance both internal and external reporting systems. We are seeking someone who can proactively identify optimization opportunities, ensure data integrity, and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesSet up, configure, and maintain tracking systems for digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.Implement and manage tag management systems, primarily using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and CRM integrations.Troubleshoot and QA tracking issues, providing timely solutions.Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand tracking requirements and implement appropriate solutions.Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all tracking platforms.Develop and maintain documentation for tracking setups and processes.Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in analytics and tag management technologies.Provide technical support and guidance to marketing teams and clients.Assist in creating reports and dashboards to visualize campaign performance and deliver actionable insights.Qualifications2+ years of experience in digital analytics implementation and tag management.Proficient in Google Tag Manager (GTM), with experience setting up tags, triggers, and variables for major ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn, etc.).Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including configuration, custom event creation, and report generation.Familiarity with debugging tools (Chrome Developer Tools, Tag Assistant, Google Analytics Debugger, etc.) for identifying and solving tracking issues.Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for troubleshooting and customizing tracking codes.Experience with debugging and QA of analytics implementations across web and mobile platforms.Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.AttributesExperience with additional tag management systems (e.g., Adobe Launch, Tealium)Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Data Studio)Experience with APIs for integration of different data sources.Experience with AB testing tools and methodologiesUnderstanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)Relevant certifications (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.)
