Title: Product Specialist & TrainerPosition Type: 1-year ongoing contract with potential for conversion, contingent on future headcount availabilityLocation: Hybrid in New York, 10010Client is seeking a Product Enablement Specialist & Trainer with process support experience and a passion for process, data, and solutions. Our Team focuses on Budget Management and Vendor Relations. This position is responsible for providing teams with best practices and tools, needed to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of DTX transformation. You will be the first point of contact for Budget or Vendor Management issues and clarifications (ex: Contracts, Budget Tracking, Invoicing, Time Logging, etc.)Reporting to the Senior Product Manager of Global Online DTX Enablement, this role will be accountable for managing the development, deployment, and adoption of creative and innovative online and blended learning programs. The right candidate is an innovative thinker, always looking to improve and try out new training methods. Must have strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, be detailed while clear and concise, and embrace change in an ever-evolving organization. Collaboration is key as we work across multiple brands and markets globally.RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide support to the Global Online DTX Enablement team on day-to-day activities including:Gain a complete understanding and become the subject matter expert in our current processes in order to become the first point of contact and support all stakeholders in the execution of the processes while identifying new training opportunities, process improvements, and documentation needsAnalyze the monthly vendor charges and follow up as needed with the respective stakeholders to ensure month closure in a timely mannerCreate and continuously improve the training programs for contract processing, budget tracking, time logging, submitting recruitment requests, using client custom web-based Budget Analysis Software and other related processes for Engineers, Product Managers, and other Web Development ProfessionalsEngage learners with differing needs and abilities across various training methods (videos, manuals, PowerPoint presentations, knowledge assessments)Schedule and lead meetings, take recaps with clear action itemsnext steps, keep projects on track, listen to feedback, and collaborate with leadership, subject matter experts, and other facilitators to produce solid learning resourcesParticipate in team brainstorming sessions to improve Vendor and Budget ProcessesHandle confidential and sensitive informationCreate requirements, work-flow diagrams, and other process support materials as neededNEEDED SKILLS:Exceptional work ethic, ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced & changing environmentExtremely detailed oriented and organizedPhenomenal communication and presentation skills that effectively connect with all learning stylesSolution-oriented - highly collaborative with good conflict resolution and time management skillsEnergetic, enthusiastic, and a proven ability to work in a team-based environmentAbility to work directly with technical and business teamsAbility to develop, implement, and evaluate training plans, curriculum, and methodologyComfortable leadingpresenting training workshops, and office hours support sessionsQUALIFICATIONSBSBA degree (or equivalent experiencecertifications) required. A degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, or Training and Development is a plus.4+ years of professional facilitationpresenting experience, process development, andor training experienceAdvanced Microsoft Office skills with Excel vLookup and Pivot Tables and PowerPoint proficiencyExceptional writing skills, which will be leveraged daily in email, process documentation, and course development resourcesTechnical expertise related to eLearning development technologies is a plusExperience in Workflow and Content Management tools (ex: Jira, Confluence, Sharepoint), Visualization tools (ex: Tableau, Power BI) and Workflow tools (ex: Visio, Lucidchart) a plusPrevious experience in a fast-growing e-commerce, or tech company is a plusCorporate training experience preferred
