Position: Radiopharmaceuticals Materials ManagerAbout UsEvergreen Theragnostics, Inc. is a radiopharmaceutical company headquartered in Springfield, NJ. We operate in a brand-new state-of-the-art facility, developing our own radiopharmaceutical products and providing contract development and manufacturing services for other radiopharmaceutical companies. We also operate our own cutting edge cancer research laboratories. Partial equity-based compensation packages possible.Job Summary:The Radiopharmaceutical Materials Manager will oversee the procurement, management, and inventory of radiopharmaceutical materials within our CDMO and internal organization. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and optimizing the supply chain for radiopharmaceutical production. The ideal candidate will have experience in radiopharmaceuticals pharmaceuticals, a strong understanding of Bill of Materials (BOM) processes, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Utilize the ERP system to track incoming inventory, ensuring accurate records of all radiopharmaceutical materials.Manage the procurement process for radiopharmaceutical materials, collaborating with vendors and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality materials.Work closely with internal departments to create and maintain accurate Bills of Materials for radiopharmaceutical products.Conduct regular reconciliation of BOMs to ensure consistency between inventory records and production needs.Lead and participate in regular physical inventory counts, investigating and resolving discrepancies as necessary.Ensure proper documentation and tracking of isotopes used in production, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the creation and revision of SOPs related to materials management and GMP compliance.Maintain a thorough understanding of GMP regulations and ensure all materials management practices align with these standards.Collaborate with Quality Control, Production, and other departments to support operational goals and ensure material availability for production schedules.Generate reports on inventory levels, procurement activities, and BOM status for management review.Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to materials management, providing insights to optimize inventory levels, procurement efficiency, and overall supply chain performance.Assist the finance team with the accurate invoicing of clients, ensuring that all materials and services are billed correctly and in a timely manner.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree3+ years of experience in materials management, preferably in a radiopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical environment.Strong knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management practices.Experience with GMP regulations and quality assurance processes.Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
