Started by immigrants looking to build a future, the company has set a name for itself by providing customers with the most up-to-date trends and an affordable price.Position Overview: We are looking for a GraphicPrint Designer with a fashion apparel background to join our team in creating new and modified prints and graphics for women's sleepwear. Experience with techniques such as embroidery and embellishments, foil, glitter, etc is a PLUS for this role.Designer Responsibilities:Create new andor manipulate existing textile prints and graphics for apparelPrepare prints and embellishments for productionCommunicate with corporate partners, including overseas vendors and factoriesBrainstorm new concepts for prints and embellishments, being continually aware of current print and graphic trends and bringing newness to the productCollaborate with Apparel Designers to ensure that artwork fits within the overall seasonal vision and conceptCollaborate with design and production partners to finalize scaling, placement, and appropriate graphic techniquesQuick turnaround timesDesigner Requirements:2 to 4 years of experience in design or graphic art for apparelAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and PhotoshopEye for balanceKnowledge of textile repeatsKnowledge of apparel graphicprint techniques (foil, glitter, etc)Knowledge of Embroidery Stitch TechniquesMust have experience in creating artwork for embroideries and creating embellishments.Ability to work efficiently and independently while functioning as part of a larger teamenthusiastic, motivated, organized individuals that can bring a positive energy to the table.
