We're looking for an enthusiastic ITAD Account Manager to join our vibrant team! In this role, you'll be the go-to person for our clients, guiding them through the exciting world of IT asset disposition. You'll play a key role in ensuring our clients feel supported, understood, and delighted with our services-all while driving business growth in a fun and dynamic environment. This is a full-time position M-F 7:30am-5pm. THE PERFECT FIT: You're an adaptive individual, excited and engaged in self-learning and overcoming new obstacles. You have general tech knowledge. THE DAY TO DAY: Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture fantastic relationships with clients, understanding their unique ITAD needs and delivering tailored, high-five-worthy solutions. Sales and Business Development: Unleash your inner entrepreneur! Identify new opportunities and grow our client base by showcasing our top-notch ITAD services. Project Management: Oversee the seamless execution of ITAD projects-think of yourself as the conductor of a well-orchestrated symphony, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time. Collaboration: Team up with our brilliant internal squads-operations, logistics, and client support-to ensure clients receive the rock-star service they deserve. Reporting and Analysis: Keep a pulse on account performance, dive into the data, and whip up insightful reports that highlight successes and areas for improvement. Compliance and Standards: Ensure our ITAD processes are not just effective but also compliant with regulations and standards, keeping data security and environmental responsibility front and center. Client Education: Be the knowledgeable guide, providing clients with best practices for asset disposal and the many benefits of sustainable ITAD solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES: Consistent phone and email communication with client Managing multiple inboxes Manage client projects as needed Push information to the appropriate internal team members Work closely with logistics team to coordinate timely service Resolve client problems and craft remediation plans Provide reporting as requested by the client Assist in managing assets and inventory levels Coordinate the ordering and fulfillment of equipment Manage vendor relationships Provide invoice reconciliation and resolution Actively maintain a strong relationship with the client Execute and Implement new procedures with the client May require some availability outside of normal business hours to ensure support is provided within agreed upon time frames THE VITALS: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or IT asset disposition. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills-bonus points for a great sense of humor! Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines like a pro. Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative twist. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The ability to stand in one place for extended periods of time without fatiguing. Ability to work and look at a computer screen for extended hours per day. Ability to sit and/or stand for consecutive hours. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Legally authorized to work in the United States. The ability to pass a drug test/background screen with no prior convictions of theft related felonies in the last 7 years. The ability to speak/read English fluently.
