Entry Level Maintenance Technician Responsibilities: Respond to routine maintenance requests in an upbeat and helpful manner. Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting drywall and miscellaneous repairs. Perform required repairs on apartment turnovers- communicating needs for supplies to supervisor. Room set ups that involve moving furniture and unloading and storing supplies. Assist with ground maintenance activities such as disposing of refuse and general grounds upkeep. Snow removal and salting of grounds. Participate in the On Call rotation as assigned. Assist as backup to any housekeeping duties as needed. Work within company policies and safety regulations. Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of work. Analyze and resolve work problems. Suggest plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals. Maintain time and production records. Qualifications Experience: Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
