Entry Level Sales Account Manager Role and Responsibilities: Gain product and service knowledge by attending client meetings related to technology, sales promotions, and products updates Execute sales strategy to increase install base adoption and follow-on sales to our existing client base Access and update customer accounts through computer-based systems accurately and efficiently Provide clients with products and services that exceed their expectations and make their lives a lot easier Communicate the perks of our service vs our competitors in the telecommunications industry Negotiate new contracts with customers, overturn any objections that may arise, and upsell products to increase sales margins Achieve sales revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account Entry Level Sales Account Manager Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in Sales. Account Management, Entry-Level Management, Client Relations or relevant fields Ability to embrace continual change and ambiguity with flexibility and good grace Easily approachable, cooperative, and a team player quickly gains the trust and support of clients and fellow associates Ability to maintain composure in critical situations and communicate clearly Ability to analyze sales processes, create, and implement new strategies to maximize sales.
