Loan Servicing Specialist

Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) is seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist to join our client in Wilmington, DE! This temporary opportunity offers $25-$30/Hour! A Servicing Specialist is needed to support the Commercial Loan division, ensuring the accuracy and proper maintenance of insurance records for commercial loan accounts. Key responsibilities include processing, verifying, and organizing documentation such as insurance policies and declaration pages within the loan management system. The role requires expertise in loan and insurance documentation, attention to detail for reviewing and scanning records, and the ability to research and resolve any issues as they arise. Key Responsibilities Process, verify, and maintain accurate records of insurance documentation for commercial loan accounts. Ensure timely and accurate uploading of insurance policies, declaration pages, and other relevant documents into the loan servicing platform. Conduct research to resolve documentation discrepancies, and escalate issues promptly when necessary. Work closely with internal departments, communicating effectively to facilitate seamless service and resolve inquiries. Identify opportunities for workflow optimization and suggest enhancements to improve service efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in banking or a related field. Background in commercial loan servicing and familiarity with insurance documentation are preferred. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Proficient in loan and insurance documentation, with problem-solving skills. Proficiency in FIS Image Center, Excel, and nCino software is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with team members.
