JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Summary: Take that next step in your hospitality career as one of our catering supervisors. Join the team responsible for supervising and coordinating food related services for events held at the Memorial Union and other locations. As a catering supervisor, you will lead food preparation and catering setup for events ranging from receptions to buffets to plated dinners. You will mentor student team members in their catering production work and training. You will also assist with other dining-related efforts, such as inventory and taking steps to ensure we have a safe, sanitary dining experience behind the scenes and in our front-of-house. We host a wide spectrum of events from weddings to tailgates to breakfast meetings. This means no two days are the same.
