Job Opportunity As part of the ISS team, this position will serve as a Power Platform developer, providing guidance, oversight, development, and technical support for the agency's Power Platform environment, and will work directly with customers to resolve problems and leverage Power Platform capabilities in support of business operations. Job Responsibilities: •Development of Power Platform applications, including apps, flows, model driven and canvas applications. •Support for existing apps and flows. •Developing integrations with our DGS's existing apps and external systems. •Integration with, and support of, DGS's existing Docusign environment. •Assisting in the administration of our Power Platform and Docusign environments. •In all of this, working closely with both technical and non-technical staff to assure effective solutions. This position is eligible for a hybrid telework schedule (telework 2 days/week) upon completion of an approved telework agreement. Minimum Qualifications •Extensive experience in the Microsoft Power Platform - MS PowerApps, MS Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI and Power virtual agents. •Experience in analysis, design development, testing and implementation of enterprise scale apps. •Experience developing new PowerApps model and canvas driven apps as well as enhancing existing apps. •Understanding PowerApps formulas and development methods. •Experience with DocuSign and integrating DocuSign with Power Platform. •Ability to create business processes and custom connectors for Microsoft Power Automate. •Experience with API or services integrations and a firm understanding of implementing solutions with multiple data sources. •Experience and knowledge of developing Azure logic apps and functions as well as providing Power BI development and support. •Willing to learn leading edge Microsoft enterprise cloud technologies such as Dynamics 365 CRM, Office 365, Microsoft Azure. •Good working knowledge of .Net, C#, MVC, Entity Framework, JavaScript, HTML and CSS •Experience of SQL and RDBMS technologies. Additional Considerations •Experience in the COV Power Platform environment. •Experience with Power Platform integrations. •Experience integrating Power Platform with SharePoint. •Experience Administering a DocuSign environment.
