This position is eligible for the following differentials: * Weekend $2 per hour This position is also available to complement our Restorative LNA position to create a full-time employment status for someone who is interested in Restorative LNA work as well as Unit LNA work. Job Description The Licensed Nursing Assistant is responsible for working collaboratively under the direction of the Staff Nurse to deliver basic personal care support and specific aspects of patient care. Responsive communication, respect, and support to our residents is the central feature of this position. Requirements: * High school graduate or equivalent * State of Vermont LNA license * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Ability to work respectfully and successfully as a member of a team * Previous LNA experience preferred Unit Information Otter Creek is a more traditional Long-Term Care unit. Residents of Otter Creek are more cognitively intact, but are medically unable to live independently. There are many personalities and activities present, and staff have the opportunity to truly know their residents. Assessing well, understanding residents' conditions, thinking critically while advocating for providing the best home for residents, and being a person they trust is essential.
