Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a dynamic, driven, and experienced Permanent Associate Attorney with a focus on Medical Malpractice. Manage a diverse caseload of medical malpractice claims, including conducting thorough case analysis, developing case strategies, and representing clients in court. 2. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements. 3. Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation and trial strategy. 4. Collaborate with medical experts, investigators, and other professionals to gather evidence and build robust cases. 5. Provide sound legal advice to clients, explaining complex legal matters in a clear and understandable way. 6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current laws, regulations, and industry trends in medical malpractice. 7. Participate in pre-trial and trial proceedings, including depositions, mediations, and negotiations. 8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and objectives are met. 9. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards as mandated by the state bar association. Qualifications: 1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school. 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney, with a strong focus on medical malpractice. 3. Admission to the state bar and in good standing. 4. Proven track record of successfully handling medical malpractice cases. 5. Excellent legal research, writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills. 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to handle complex legal issues. 7. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. 8. High level of professionalism and ethical standards. 9. Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite. 10. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 11. Willingness to continue learning and adapting in the ever-evolving field of medical malpractice law.
