Senior Sales Messaging Director The primary function of this role is to lead and develop the sales messaging function, ensuring alignment with modern seller strategies such as Data, Automation, and Generative AI. The Senior Sales Messaging Director will oversee a team of Messaging Strategists and Developers, working closely with various business units and stakeholders to support personalized buyer engagement. This role will also focus on leveraging technology, including GenAI and sales tech stack, to enhance messaging and drive sales success. Develop standardized messaging across sales and business units Create value messaging foundation to support all sales messaging asset creation Build subset messaging by product, persona, and segment Provide standardized buyer engagement best practices and soft skills training Oversee generative value messaging strategy to support Modern Seller initiatives Curate internal and external insights/trends to support sales Leverage conversation intelligence tools to identify messaging opportunities Build reporting to track the impact of messaging through various channels Educate and train sales on reference request process and benefits Drive cross-functional messaging through sales tech stack Create a feedback loop with sales to enhance the sales process The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in Sales or Sales Operations, with a strong track record of driving success in a matrix environment. Experience with messaging methodology, sales process techniques, and relevant technology platforms is essential. Collaborative and strong communication skills are also crucial for success in this role.
