Due to a promotion, we are looking to add a bright, resourceful, and team-oriented CSR - Customer Service Representative to our team. The CSR - Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing daily customer service support through calls regarding purchase orders, price quotations, and general e-mail inquiries. The selected candidate must have strong order entry and verbal communication skills. CSR - Customer Service Representative: Provide excellent customer service through all areas of responsibilities Receive, review, and enter incoming purchase orders and return requests in a timely manner Provide information on pricing, stock availability, products, and lead times Develop in-depth knowledge of our product line to better aid with customer selection Expedite orders at customer request - including rushes, pricing, samples, deliveries, etc. Maintain customer relationships and a thorough understanding of their needs while ensuring customer information is documented and maintained properly Process customer returns and credit requests Anticipate, identify, and resolve all order issues via phone or email CSR - Customer Service Representative Requirements: 1 year of customer service experience Microsoft Office experience and ability to adapt to new software Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and effectively Ability to prioritize tasks, deal effectively with competing and changing priorities, and meet deadlines
