Schedule: Tuesday- Saturday, 930am-6:00pm Pay: $22 per hour Temp to Perm Responsibilities for Bilingual Customer Service Representative: Assisting patients in applying for Medical Assistance Entering patient homes and communicating with people to obtain patient information Accurately document patient information and completing tasks in a timely manner Other duties as assigned Requirements for Bilingual Customer Service Representative:: Bilingual (English/Spanish) Vaccinated due to hospital setting Excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal Ability to work independently and as part of a team Trustworthy, detail oriented and organized Working knowledge of Microsoft applications: Outlook, Word, and Excel Requirements:  Job Type:  Temp to Hire Post Date:  04/08/2024
