Job Title: Paralegal - Defense Litigation Job Description: My client is seeking a dedicated Paralegal to join their team specializing in Defense Litigation. The ideal candidate will primarily focus on Insurance Defense, while also gaining exposure to various sectors including Construction, Real Estate, and Corporate Retail. This role will engage with multiple areas of law, such as Labor & Employment, Breach of Contract, and general Commercial Litigation. Key Responsibilities: Support attorneys in the preparation and management of litigation cases. Conduct thorough research and analysis of legal documents and case materials. Review and summarize medical records for attorney use. Collaborate with attorneys to ensure efficient case progression. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paralegal, with a strong background in litigation. Proven experience in either Insurance Defense, Plaintiff work, or general Commercial Litigation. Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Compensation: Competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000, commensurate with experience. Work Environment: This is an onsite position, offering a collaborative work atmosphere.
