Locum Cardiac Anesthesiologist

The Locum Cardiac Anesthesiologist is a highly skilled and experienced physician who provides anesthesia services for patients undergoing cardiac surgery. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cardiac physiology and pharmacology, as well as experience in managing complex cardiac cases. Responsibilities: Provide anesthesia services for patients undergoing cardiac surgery, including preoperative evaluation, intraoperative anesthesia management, and postoperative care Collaborate with surgeons and other members of the surgical team to develop and implement anesthesia plans Monitor patients' vital signs and make adjustments to anesthesia as needed Respond to and manage anesthesia-related emergencies Educate patients and their families about anesthesia and the risks and benefits of surgery Participate in quality improvement initiatives Stay up-to-date on the latest advances in cardiac anesthesia Maintain accurate and complete medical records Qualifications: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Board certification in anesthesiology by the American Board of Anesthesiology (ABA) Fellowship in cardiac anesthesia At least 5 years of experience as a cardiac anesthesiologist Strong understanding of cardiac physiology and pharmacology Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to patient safety and quality care Please submit your CV toSeasoned Recruitment
