Description The Worldwide Operations organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support two Directors on our Planning Research & Optimization Science and Relay Technology team in Seattle, Washington. This position oversees the administrative duties of Amazon's Middle Mile Product, Research and Optimization Science team (mmPROS). The mmPROS team is responsible for the innovative science used to optimize the design and operation of Amazon's delivery and shipping networks for air, ground, rail and maritime. This positions works directly with the team leadership to shape the transportation business of the future. This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel. A successful candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
