Job Title: Quality Engineer Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Quality Engineer to lead CAPA investigations, conduct root cause analysis, and manage an audit program compliant with ISO standards. The successful candidate will develop documentation for new product launches, maintain test equipment, and track quality metrics. Responsibilities Lead CAPA investigations. Conduct root cause analysis. Manage audit program compliant to ISO standards. Develop documentation compliant to ISO standards. Track quality metrics. Develop processes and documentation for new product launches. Maintain test equipment through calibration and standardization procedures. Essential Skills Proficiency in quality engineering principles. Experience with CAPA. Expertise in root cause analysis. Proficiency in Minitab and Excel. Experience in nonconformance reviews, corrective actions, and preventative actions. Knowledge of QMS, AS9100, AS9102, and ISO 9001. Experience with audit processes, NCR, and MRB. Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in engineering or a similar field. Minimum of 2 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience working in an ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 quality system. QMS management experience (nice to have). Internal/External Auditing experience (nice to have).
