Job Title: Premium Auditor Job Objective: The Premium Auditor is responsible for conducting audits, primarily through mail audits, of businesses and corporations to ensure accurate reporting and payment of insurance policy premiums. The role may also include completing phone audits as assigned. Job Details: Start Date: As soon as a candidate can be onboarded. End Date: 12 months from the start date. Work Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days a week. Company pays only for time worked; sick time, vacation, or holidays are not covered. Location: Columbus, OH, or Charleston, WV. Hybrid Work Arrangement: Yes, after initial training. Training: The initial training period is approximately four weeks and will take place at one of our office locations. After training, the role can transition to a hybrid work environment. Experience Requirements: At least 1 year of audit or accounting experience, or equivalent coursework. Key Skills and Qualifications: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret accounting records. Proficiency in spreadsheet software, including but not limited to Excel. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills to manage and complete assigned tasks effectively. Strong customer service orientation. Outstanding oral and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and maintain effective working relationships. Effective listening skills to understand customer requests and concerns and develop appropriate solutions. Ability to identify customer needs and take action to meet them. Interview Process: Interviews will be conducted by the hiring manager and department manager via Microsoft Teams.
