Company DescriptionMr. L's Tutoring and Enrichment LLC's many goals are to provide educational support in the form of tutoring, ABA support for students on the autism spectrum, and providing sports opportunities in both tennis and volleyball for high school students and adults 16+.Role DescriptionThis is a contract hybrid role as a Private Tutor at Mr. L's Tutoring & Enrichment LLC in Boston, MA, most tutoring sessions are in person, with the potential to grow more hours to work remotely. The Private Tutor will be responsible for providing one-on-one academic support, assisting students in improving their knowledge and skills, and creating personalized learning plans using online tools. QualificationsStrong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsExpertise in the subject matter being taught: Math and SciencePrevious tutoring or teaching experience is preferred Ability to tailor teaching methods to meet the needs of individual studentsPatience and a passion for helping others learnBachelor's degree in Education, the subject being tutored, or related field
