We promote a healthy work-life balance!Job DetailsJob DetailsWe are seeking an experienced and dedicated Permanent Field Service Technician to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology, in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing high-tech equipment in the field. You will work closely with our customers, providing them with exceptional service, and ensuring their equipment operates at optimal levels.Responsibilities Provide on-site installation of complex equipment, maintenance, and repair services. Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions. Conduct thorough maintenance on machinery, equipment, and systems. Ensure that all installations, repairs, and maintenance meet the quality standards of the company and the industry. Keep records of all service calls, invoices, and customer interactions. Produce timely and detailed service reports. Attend training classes (locations throughout the world), to stay current on both new and existing products Build positive relationships with customers, applying excellent customer care. Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendationsbriefings. Cooperate with the technical team and share information across the organization.Qualifications A minimum of 2+ years of experience in toner-based printing Proven field service experience with the ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment. Advanced knowledge of electronics, mechanical operation Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing work schedules. Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Strong commitment to customer service with the ability to work independently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage all on-site installations, repairs, maintenance, and test tasks. Proficient in English.
