Examples of ideal manufacturing environments would include building materials: shingles, sheet rock, glass, steel, paper, automative, chemicals and related manufacturing environments. This is not a distribution leadership position. Candidate should have strong people skills with the ability to bring a "coaching" style of management. An ideal candidate should be personable, a collaborator, a good team builder and the ability to mentor. Should have experience overseeing 25+ hourly workers. Additional Ideal experienceleadership traits include: Proactive leadership approach.Proven ability to change the attitudesbehaviors of your employees.Direct experience in safety trainingjob training personally instructing your employees.Extensive Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
