Senior Product Manager, ActivationPosition Overview:The Senior Product Manager, Activation will play a pivotal enterprise role in enhancing the customer journey and core shopping journey. You will be responsible for identifying and implementing strategies that drive user engagement, improve conversion rates, and ultimately evolve our core journey into reusable and scalable platform. This position requires a deep understanding of customer behavior, strong analytical skills, and a passion for creating seamless online experiences, focusing on the future of gifting.Key Responsibilities: Funnel Activation Strategy:Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to optimize the activation experience, focusing on user engagement, product discovery, and conversion.Identify key metrics for success, such as engagement rates, cart abandonment rates, and conversion rates, and set benchmarks to measure progress.User Experience Enhancement:Collaborate with UXUI teams to design and implement intuitive interfaces that guide users seamlessly through the activation phase.Conduct AB testing and user research to gather insights, ensuring that features meet customer needs and drive engagement.Data-Driven Decision Making:Analyze customer behavior data to identify trends and pain points within the activation journey.Utilize analytics tools to inform product decisions, prioritize features, and refine strategies based on data insights.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with product, engineering, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of activation initiatives.Foster strong communication across departments to share insights and strategies that improve the overall customer journey.Market Research and Competitive Analysis:Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies that could impact the activation and overall site experience.Leverage market insights to innovate and enhance our offerings, maintaining a competitive edge in the e-commerce landscape.Mentorship and Leadership:Lead and mentor a team of product managers and analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and data-driven decision-making.Champion a customer-centric mindset throughout the organization, encouraging teams to prioritize user experience in all product initiatives.Need to have: Spectacular critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills.5+ years of product management experience, particularly in e-commerce or digital services, with a focus on funnel activation and activation optimization.Deep care for users with high degree of intellectual curiositySuccessful features you've shipped within past companies and thoughtful analysis of what worked and whyHigh level of ownership, and drive to quickly understand the product area, turn around an MVP and several iterationsExperience building 0-1 products, reusing and scaling themExperience leading product teamProduct experience in eCommerceMarketplaceRetailThe expected salary for this position is $130,000 - $150,000.
