JCC Rockland is seeking a professional who will help our team to connect with our community in creative ways. We are seeking a Marketing & Design Coordinator who will operate as part of the Marketing team to provide overall marketing, design, and communications support to our organization. This position is responsible for brand management, market research, content creation, managing our digital presence, photographing events, and assisting with the development of creative visual assets that align with our brand standards. RESPONSIBILITIES AND OPPORTUNITIES Manage marketing and communications calendar for multiple programs and events. Create content for print and digital media campaigns, email, social media, and events. Collaborate on the design and layout of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, digital ads, and other promotional materials. Develop and design digital marketing collateral, such as social media graphics, email templates, website banners, and advertisements. Work closely with department heads to ensure cross-promotion within the organization while maintaining visual consistency and alignment with brand guidelines. Develop and execute high-performing, multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive program registration and engagement. Ensure all marketing collateral meets design standards and enhances the overall brand experience. Manage website content updates and optimize for SEO to improve visibility and engagement. Track and analyze key performance indicators across multiple marketing campaigns, collecting and analyzing data to understand customer preferences and marketing effectiveness. Stay up to date with JCC Rockland social media accounts to bring new ideas to the table. Photograph and document events and programs for use in marketing materials and social media, ensuring high-quality imagery that showcases our events and community impact. Coordinate event/program day-of deliverables and provide support for events as needed, including those that occur on nights or weekends. Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and provide insights for continuous improvement. Other duties as needed. Minimum Qualifications: QUALIFICATIONS & SPECIALIZED SKILLS Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years of marketing experience. Proficiency in design software such as Canva, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and experience with design collaboration platforms like Cage. High-level understanding of digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, email marketing tools, and SEO best practices. Experience in photography and the ability to capture high-quality images during events and programs. Experience designing marketing materials and collaborating on visual projects. Demonstrated organizational skills with high attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate professionally with internal and external audiences. Flexibility to work some scheduled evenings and weekends as necessary for agency events. Familiarity with Apple apps, Canva and Google Drive.
