Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate

Charleston, SC location. Responsible for transporting goods and delivering customer. Ensure the safe loading and unloading of trailer, safety initiatives vehicle maintenance and keeping driver's license in good standing. Responsible for providing effective, accurate and timely customer service for all internal and external customers as well as team members. Responsible to perform an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse in a timely safe, accurate, and efficient manner. Perform cycle counts as scheduled and preserve accurate inventory. When necessary, assume any position as needed and/or directed to achieve company's daily output needs. Requirements Driver will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks with appropriate equipment. Strong in running own route to make the most efficient delivery to customers, and/or job sites and vendors pickups. Comfortable driving in Charleston, SC and surrounding areas. Deliver material in a safe and sufficient manner. Comfortable using a forklift, reach truck and pallet jack. Warehouse work includes picking and receiving as well as loading and unloading orders. Shipping and receiving. Willing to be flexible and have a TEAM attitude. Provide superior customer service during the delivery process. Be able to safely navigate issues that may occur during the delivery process. Obtain signatures on the BOL when making a delivery. Be diligent with pre-trip and post-trip process and timely report any issues with vehicles. Meet and greet every guest that visits our warehouse. ? Be obsessed by the quality, cleanliness and look of our warehouse. ? Receive and enter all shipments arriving in the warehouse. Accurately prepare all orders for shipping and pick-ups. Process transfers and orders in and out of the warehouse. ? Maintain proper warehouse safety procedures. Make sure that every guest has had an authentic personal meaningful experience. To go above and beyond in providing extreme concierge customer service to every client. To confidently make decisions with little or no guidance to resolve guest issues/concerns. Continually educate yourself on our products and our company so you can offer meaningful information to all our guests.
