Searching for an experienced and energetic professional to join our growing, high-performing and diverse team, with the mandate to actively contribute to managing and expanding the portfolio of Rabobank's Food and Agriculture and Energy Transition sectors in North America. Looking for a team player to manage, analyze, and provide structured solutions for a portfolio of transactions for our core clients. This posting is an engaging and multi-faceted opportunity to manage both external clients and internal relationships for value chain finance products: receivables securitizations, monetizations, repurchase facilities, ABL's, and payable facilities. The position will be based in either the New York or Chicago office and will report to the North America Regional Head of Portfolio and Transaction Management. You and Your Job As a member of the Portfolio and Transaction Management function within the VCF Team, you will be responsible for performing the transaction management duties for part of the Value Chain Finance ("VCF") portfolio in North America, which include: Coordinating the internal approval process (including drafting internal approval memos) and external documentation process (including doc review) for transaction renewals and amendments; Maintaining a direct dialogue with clients, other lenders and rating agencies regarding deal performance and underwriting analysis of clients and debtors, upcoming amendments, including arranging and conducting business due diligence reviews and resolving operational issues; Performing periodic analysis on the portfolio, including review of monthly settlement reports and performing trend analysis; Identifying changes in the requirements for transactions based on developments of client needs, regulatory environment and internal capital/liquidity models and adapting deal structure to fit. Job Responsibilities Write detailed internal approval memos and align with internal stakeholders. Maintain client dialogue and perform due diligence reviews. Monitor and analyze portfolio/metrics for internal & management reporting. Liaise with legal counsel, review documentation, execute amendments. Ad hoc projects (IT improvements, regulatory impact analysis, etc.). Your Promise to Us: To be considered for the Vice President, Portfolio & Transaction Management - Value Chain Finance role, you must have: Minimum 5 years of related experience with securitization, receivables monetization, asset-based lending and or supplier finance products. Relevant Transaction Management, Execution, Credit, Risk or Legal experience. Ability to travel regionally, up to 35%. Salary Expectations: Target Hiring Range: $140,000.00 - $230,000.00 This position is subject to the terms of [RAF/Rabobank/RDS]'s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons.
