Required Skills & Experience 7+ years experience with Electrical Controls Engineering within industrial manufacturing environment Experience with Programming Controls software/equipment such as Wonderware, Rockwell and Allen Bradley Experience with electrical controls, voltage, troubleshooting and calibration standards/techniques Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Controls Engineering (or similar discipline) Nice to Have Skills & Experience Project Experience Creating and reviewing technical procedures (Standard Practice, Standard Operating Procedures, etc) Job Description Key responsibilities will be supporting daily 24x5 or 24x7 production manufacturing operations for the Parlin Site and active team member within the maintenance operations. Project/Instrumentation/Electrical/Controls Experience in Medium to Large industrial equipment such as boilers, chillers, air compressors, humidity systems, HVAC, and supporting electrical & controls instrumentation. Create, prepare, procure and updating existing area procedures and maintenance plans for all PSM and Quality related equipment within the SAP management system (P23) Helping maintenance planners, coordinators and supervisor(s) in the kitting and preparation upcoming site or area specific maintenance work for mechanics, electricians and/or contractors. Actively supports Maintenance Procedure Use Policy: 1) Performs technical reviews of procedures. 2) Serves as a technical resource during procedure creation and review. 3) Creates and reviews job procedures and checklists, and initiates procedure Management of Change work process (MOC). Acts as the technical expert responsible for resolving equipment based or repair technique-based issues, which impact the availability and maintainability of the facility. Serves as a subject matter expert in equipment failures and repair techniques during root cause investigations. Delivers maintenance input into project activities and acts as maintenance representative for operations and capital projects. Support planned downtime events, turnaround scopes and supports turnaround activities for all areas. Collaborates with Subject Matter Experts to develop work scopes and drive solutions from start to completion/implementation. Provides input to Mechanical Integrity Quality Assurance (MIQA) and successful execution of the maintenance service process. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
