Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., Doctorate, MA, or MS in Physical Therapy recognized by the APTA. PT holds a current license and/or registration as a Physical Therapist in-state as applicable. Responsibilities: Provide a comprehensive physical therapy evaluation based on MD's orders. Develop comprehensive treatment plans and ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, re-certifications, and discharges. Complete all required documentation. Work Settings: Outpatient, rehabilitation center, long term care, inpatient, clinic, nursing home, acute care, hospital Pay Range: USD $40.00 - USD $52.00 /Hr.
