ORT/u00a0inspects/u00a0instruments to ensure all required items are available/u00a0and/u00a0performs surgical scrub technique and gown and glove procedure for self and surgical team. ORT job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:/u00a0 /n /n Maintain a sterile field and/u00a0take/u00a0immediate action to correct any breaks in technique/u00a0 /n Perform specimen reconciliation and care for and identify specimens/u00a0 /n ORT assist/u00a0with procedure room turnovers and close-of-day activities/u00a0/u00a0 /n Document patient-care records and other forms according to facility policies and procedures/u00a0/u00a0 /n
