Pharmacist - Inpatient - Long Term Contract Specialty Medical Staffing is currently hiring for an inpatient pharmacist for a client located in Doylestown, PA. Job Summary : Attending patient rounds in the morning: providing support and knowledge to the team on psychotropic medications (and any medical medications they may be on), therapeutic drug monitoring (Lithium, Depakote), metabolic monitoring, etc. Liaison with LTC pharmacy Polaris: problem solving any issues that arise to ensure consistent and timely delivery and access to medications Administrative Functions: Auditing Data, Chairperson for P&T, Pain Management Stewardship, sitting in on MEC, Antimicrobial Stewardship, etc. Supporting TJC Preparation: Familiar with TJC standards, performing monthly med room inspections. Job Details: Schedule is Monday-Friday (no weekends, holidays, or on call) Flexibility to work 24-32 hours a week Pay $DOE Long term contract beginning 12/9/2024 Position Requirements: BS Pharmacy or Pharm D PA State Pharmacy License Knowledge and experience of pharmacy practice 1+ years of inpatient pharmacy experience Ability to work independently Knowledge on TJC standards Comfortable with excel spreadsheets Comfortable ordering lab work Systematic problem-solving skills We are currently offering: Full Medical Benefits including Dental and Vision 401K Weekly pay with direct deposit Career Progression Does this sound like something you would be interested in?
