Job Details Shifts: day Location: Indianapolis, Indiana Salary: $50,000-$65,000 DOE Benefits: You will be eligible to enroll in Manna's benefits plan, Medical, HSA, FSA are effective the first of the month following 28 days of employment. All other benefits, including 401(k) eligibility, are effective the first of the month following 90 days of employment. Position Overview : Responsible for installing, configuring and troubleshooting computer hardware, software, tablets, printers, phones, and other components of the Company's infrastructure. Language Skills: English proficiency required. Spanish is a plus. Supervisory Responsibilities: None. Amount of Travel Involved : 25%. Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Assist end users with in person and remote technical support needs including hardware, software, training, and consulting. Use independent judgment to perform advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution for all types of IT infrastructure including hardware, software, telecommunications, business application, printers, tablets, phone systems and customer connectivity. Utilize ticketing system to prioritize and respond to customer issues. Research and recommend cost-effective solutions for resolving hardware and software issues or promote process improvement. Support Technician duties under general supervision include remote and onsite / hands on troubleshooting of issues as they arise - Must be available on off hours and weekends as needed. Manage backup systems and processes. Manage Office 365 accounts and installations. Manage and configure VOIP phone system. Contribute to knowledge base system. Configure and deploy new PCs. Maintain Active Directory accuracy including updates for new and leaving employees. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations. Protect organization by maintaining confidentiality of information. Maintain a positive work atmosphere and interaction with customers, co-workers, and management. Maintain a clean work area. All other duties as assigned. Regular and punctual attendance. To perform this job successfully, must be able to perform each fundamental task listed above satisfactorily. Experience for Success: Excellent customer service skills - ability to work with people in various positions within the organization. Researching, comparing and implementing technical solutions in an office and manufacturing environment. Serve as a subject matter expert and assist end users and other help desk technicians on advanced application support and hardware/network support functions. Provide guidance and training to other support technicians on advanced troubleshooting methods. Advanced knowledge of office equipment (computers, mobile devices, copiers, printers, etc.) and general office operations. Experience in advanced IT troubleshooting tools and techniques. Strong technical skills and ability to keep up with new developments in the IT industry. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to accomplish goals. Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced interrupt driven environment. Experience with products like MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Project, Exchange and Active Directory. Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent experience in information technology related field. Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Help Desk technician. Microsoft certifications valued.
