We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Office Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member. RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee the daily operations of the office. Manage office staff and delegate tasks. Ensure a smooth workflow and efficient use of resources. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling and correspondence. Maintain office supplies and equipment. Implement and enforce office policies and procedures. Coordinate with other departments to support agency operations. Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth. Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients. Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues. Train and mentor junior staff. QUALIFICATIONS: 2 years of experience in insurance sales or account management. Must have active Property and Casualty license Must have active Life and Health license Proven experience in office management or administrative roles. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in office software and management tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Compensation: $55,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Are You Driven & Ambitious?
