JOB SUMMARY The Marketing and Engagement Coordinator plays a key role in the execution of the campus' dining communications, events, and promotional campaigns. They will partner with their management team and field marketing leaders to identify project opportunities, align on priorities, manage timelines and deliverables, execute, and measure for success. Our ideal candidate will possess an outgoing, upbeat, and friendly personality, as this position will also establish relationships that increase engagement with the campus community and optimize the dining experience based on guest feedback. This is an onsite position. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS • Ideate, plan, and execute interactive engagement events like Pop Ups, holiday celebrations, theme meals, and vendor spotlights • Manage and monitor social media channels, consistently creating content that is compelling, informative, inclusive, and entertaining • Create physical and digital marketing collateral and communication pieces consistent with brand standards, and manage corporate graphic design requests • Develop relationships with campus organizations and departments for collaborative events, communication partnership, and focus groups • Partner with management team to draft and execute annual Business & Marketing Plan that addresses key operational, partnership, and revenue growth opportunities • Collaborate with management team to execute marketing campaigns designed to increase satisfaction, drive participation, and optimize financial outcomes • Maintain website content and methods of menu distribution • Capture and record guest feedback and comments, and coordinate appropriate responses • Assist with developing presentations and executing team member engagement programming as assigned MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Sales, or Business Management preferred • Minimum of one (1) year marketing experience or internship experience • Strong communication skills, including written or verbal, with strong attention to detail • Skilled in creating, posting, sharing, and managing social media content to boost brand presence and engagement • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrated urgency and responsiveness to requests • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Food service or customer service experience preferred Eat'n Park Hospitality Group provides equal employment opportunities to all team members and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
