The Office of Application Technology Services (OATS), Division of Eligibility Systems (DES) develops, maintains and monitors mission-critical systems, such as the Integrated Eligibility and Enrollment System (IEES) (i.e. Worker Portal/kynect), the Online Tracking Information System (OTIS), the Kentucky Integrated Child Care System (KICCS) and kynect resources and kynect ability. DES uses innovative technology to meet requests from CHFS related to health and human service programs. The systems supported within DES are essential to many citizens within the Commonwealth as well as to CHFS agencies, which provides a unique perspective and sense of accomplishment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Provides professional support to the division by implementing & maintaining administrative & departmentalprograms, and activities. Review DES and OATS policies and procedures to respond to employee plete a semi-annual review of division documentation to ensure it is up to date. Responsible for updating contract staff in eTime. Process SDS Vendor Invoice for payment via the UPDOCProcess. Assist with preparing timesheets for contract staff. Assists with onboarding new staff and preparingnew hire documents. Maintain staff access to WTL. Timekeeper for the Division. Runs error reports in KHRIS. Prepares personnel actions for Division viaDocuSign. Schedules interviews for positions across the division, including all required candidate selectionand hiring forms. Communicate & interpret payroll rules, regulations/policies. Compiles reports for theDivision. Updates the Division Org Chart as needed. Prepares procurement documents for the Division and obtains appropriate signatures. Enter PPATS forprocurement and software maintenance. Schedules multi-organizational meetings including agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items. Includesquarterly meetings with SDS Vendors, and compiles information on contractors before the meeting. Prepares and submits travel requests and payment vouchers. Responsible for ProCard and US Bank processingfor payment. Skills and Expectations include, but are not limited to: Proficient in Microsoft Products, Outlook, Excel, etc. Be self-motivated. Able to work well under pressure. Have good time management and organization skills. Have strong written and verbal communication skills. Enjoy working in a team environment. EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, OR SKILLS: Three years of professional, administrative, or business experience.
