Participates in classroom activities and planning Follows routine, schedule, and lesson plans Guides children in working and playing harmoniously with other children Helps maintain individual records for each child Assists teacher in maintaining a neat work and play environment Assists with supervision of children during regular play periods, rest periods, and during meals Assists students with self-care and daily living skills (diaper changing required) Demonstrates confidentiality and privacy Maintains satisfactory attendance Completes annual employee training Complies with Corporation Bylaws, Policies, and Employee Handbook Models Corporation Mission Statement and Fundamental Objectives Serves as a positive public relations advocate for the school Performs other duties as assigned by designee Building/Campus Golden Bear Preschool Additional Job Information PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The following describes demands that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
