Job Title: Software Engineer/Desktop Support Engineer (Tier II) Location: 2955 Market St, Philadelphia, PA 19104 JOB TYPE: Full Time Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices Troubleshoot and resolve printer issues, including installation, configuration, and repair Support meeting room technology, including video conferencing equipment and presentation systems Install, configure, and maintain print servers and printers Manage print queues and resolve print-related issues Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless support Document incident resolutions and maintain accurate records Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends in desktop support, printing, and meeting room technology Capable to train the other engineers on Image deployment Troubleshoot the issues and help the other engineers Prepare knowledge Base documents related to image deployments Act as a Single Point of Contact for the Project Management for overall deployment status/challenges Requirements : 5 years of experience in Desktop Support or Field Services Knowledge on SCCM and Intune Server operations Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and desktop hardware Experience with printer troubleshooting and repair Familiarity with meeting room technology and video conferencing systems Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Specialized Skills: Print server management Printer troubleshooting and repair Active Directory and Exchange Diverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
