A full-service intellectual property law firm is seeking an Intellectual Property Client Specialist for their Washington, DC office. Requirements: 5+ years of patent prosecution experience with a multi-office law firm Ability to coordinate time entry and invoicing with billing coordinators BA degree and paralegal certificate Must reside in the DC area Experience with electronic case management and USPTO rules Duties & Responsibilities: Manage filing of design patent and utility patent applications in the United States Review correspondence from USPTO for docketing Work independently to open files and prepare documents for filing Maintain client portfolios Salary: $80-$100k/yr.
